We may receive account or contact details you submit, ramp corrections and reports, order details needed to complete a purchase, and technical information generated when you use the site.

Saved ramps are stored in your browser. When you choose a location-based feature, your coordinates are used to answer that request. The official-conditions adapter does not retain a user location trail.

We use aggregated page, interaction, search-length, result-count, and performance events to find broken journeys and improve the service. Our browser telemetry contract rejects raw search text, email addresses, phone numbers, user identifiers, IP fields, and precise latitude or longitude.

Infrastructure and analytics providers, including Vercel and Google Analytics, may process technical information under their own terms and privacy policies.

Shopify and the applicable fulfillment business process checkout and payment information. We use submitted order details to produce, proof, deliver, support, and account for the order.

Community reports and corrections may be reviewed, retained for audit and safety purposes, and published without contact details. Do not submit personal or sensitive information in a public report.

We use information to operate the directory, answer requests, prevent abuse, improve reliability, provide requested alerts or communications, and meet legal and accounting obligations. Service alerts and marketing consent are handled separately where required.

We retain information only as long as reasonably required for those purposes, then delete, anonymize, or securely archive it according to operational and legal needs.

You can clear saved ramps and site storage through your browser, deny or revoke location permission, unsubscribe from optional marketing, and ask about access to or correction of personal information we control.

Requests may require identity verification. Some records may need to be retained for legal, fraud-prevention, safety, or transaction purposes.
